•  GENERAL REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A VISA

•  Form F-007 duly completed, which can be obtained free of charge from the Immigration Office

•  Receipt of payment of S/. 26.00

•  Copy of the applicant's passport or identity card, legalised by the Peruvian Consulate and their Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by either their Consular representation in Peru , or an Attester of DIGEMIN.

•  In cases where bilateral or multilateral agreements between Peru and other Countries or International Organisations exist, the payments, transaction procedures or other services will be subject to the existing agreements.

•  INDEPENDENT INVESTORS

In addition to the general requirements set out above, independent investors will need to present:

•  Evidence that the constitution of the company is enrolled in the Public Register, legalised or authenticated by a DIGEMIN attester, and which shows that the person concerned has capital of at least US $25,000 in cash or the equivalent amount in soles.

•  In the case of a transfer of shares, a copy of the enrolment with the Commercial Register, either the original or a copy authenticated by a DIGEMIN Attester of the General Assembly of Shareholders and the Book of Share Transfers will also need to be presented.

•  A feasibility study of the business (if the company is being set up) or a two-year business plan (if the company is already active), which includes the creation of five new positions in no more than two years.
